Neon Stripes and Dots Nail Tutorial

I finally got my Art Deco polishes in the mail yesterday!!! Whoo!!! So I had to do a tutorial with a few : ) Enjoy! I looked at every dollar store in my state almost and couldnt find any! I was so mad,lol!!! I finally found mine on the forever 21 website for $1.80.
there a dollar a piece u can get them at like a dollor store but it also depends on where u live
